Really quite simple - unless it's an obvious thing, like an F1 - if our faction or group is involved, then we're nto allowed to touch it. And even then it's sort of iffy. So mostly we stay of things that we're directly involved in. We can express our opions, of course, but mostly we abstain. We all do that. (Example - during this weeks round of voting on things, there are three things that affect a faction I'm involved in. I could say that I would vote yes or no, and my reasoning why - but my actual vote does not count towards the final decision.)

Well, after all, AP Manufacturing (a wholly owned subsidiary of the BHG|) makes some of the finest weapons in Sirius. I think a quality customer like the Joker deserves to have the very best in personal deletion devices.
