I have not been able to perform much work for Kusari since you stopped paying for kills in Kyushu, however I did find this GC gunboat in New Tokyo attempting to pirate a Zoner. It was quickly dispatched once I convinced the zoner's escort to stop shooting me and start shooting the pirate.
