yes, i remember an ossie i talked to once - the commander told me he/she is FIFTEEN (15) years old. most of the conversation was iRP, so i assume the character was 15, not the player.
the reasoning behind it was 'where i grew up, you don't live long enough to grow old' or something among those lines. i literally fell of my char when i read those lines.

We already have 13 year old Colonels in Osirises that roam in Bretonia (Newcastle), but I won't make names....
