A dev's log. - AeternusDoleo - 11-19-2011 As was stated before, the Paladin replacement has already been put into the beta. This is for people asking me about additional CR fighters, additional Order fighters, replacement Liberty Cruisers, and all the other stuff that I undoubtedly have forgotten about. Minor task for the day: Did some minor glitchhunting in the mod - nothing specific to write home about. Infocards seems the only major task left which I have the skills to help with (I don't have the coding skill to assist with FLHook programming much). A dev's log. - Xoria - 11-25-2011 Why are proofreaders like me necessary apart from writers? Because infocard writers produce this: "Once a costumer, always a costumer" If you can't see what's wrong, don't ever volunteer to proofread. Still, I love my writers. Thanks to them, the nightmare of writing 1,500 new rumors has become merely a proofreading assignment for me. I've been assigned a few GMS rumors and am planning to handle them during the weekend. These days RL doesn't leave me with enough time to handle much during the weekdays. I still need to figure out how exactly these rumors are being set up, but that shouldn't be too hard. A dev's log. - AeternusDoleo - 11-30-2011 Update: Been busy IRL, but got some days off coming. Planning to kill a whole bunch of rumor tickets. My main project right now is helping out Cannon with something that'll end up automating the tech chart if it works properly. That'll put the kybosh on overpowered combinations - people wanting to fly them could still do so, but their combat potential would be significantly reduced. And then there's Conn, where I believe the tech chart restrictions are raised. Might be pushing it with the questions, but it's very interesting news. For factions that currently have techchart options set to green/purple/white allowances can be made. Nerf would still be there, just not as pronounced. But the details are still being fleshed out - it's a work in progress.
