Ain't got no criminal history in Rheinland. Got some in Liberty. Spent 15 years in LPI Sugarland, was released early for good behavior. I can have the guild pull my records from the LPI if requested.
This device will not be used within Rheinland in the pursuit of non-Rheinland contracts. Any bounties collected on missions that make use of this device within Rheinland space will be exclusively from Rheinland Government or Rheinland Corporate bounty boards.
I also am willing to submit my AP-18100 and all of my personal hunting equipment to Rheinland authorities for a full inspection and evaluation to ensure all legal requirements are met for their use and possession.

Unfortunately, you have not provided adequate reason for granting you cloaking technology, which is currently not in use by any bounty hunters operating in Rheinland space. Any assistance you may be able to provide to our law enforcement can be achieved without such technology. Therefore, your request is denied.

Herr McKenzie,
Due to changes in the Rheinland Criminal Code, your request is redundant in its current state. As per Article 2, Section 3, Subs. 7,
"Usage of Jump Drives, Beacons/Matrix's and Survey Modules within the borders of Rheinland require prior notice to the government. Failure to notify the government will result in a fine of no less then 100.000 SC or the destruction of the vessel."
There are currently no legal channels to allow for a blanket usage of the above-mentioned equipment, but you may continue to mount them on your vessels. You must continue to inform our public-facing channels or those of Rheinland's security forces of your intention to activate this equipment in advance.
I will ensure that discussion of addendums to the Article takes place during the next inter-Ministry conference.

Our primary focus is the exportation of Iridium, a rare and valuable resource sourced from the edge of known space. Our trade routes occasionally lead us through, or in Rheinland space, and as such, maintaining transparency with your administration is a priority.
In addition, we are actively engaged in a conflict with one of Rheinland's long-standing adversaries—the Corsairs. I am pleased to report that recent joint efforts with the Core have borne fruit:

In response to escalating hostilities and the growing perils of the Omicrons, we have replaced the traditional Zoner "Whale" transports with a reinforced trade fleet.
