Admirals,

I have collated reports from two patrols that were merely moving their vessels for routine maintenance in Texas and New York.

The MND Vessels BDM|Zauberer, BDM|U-605, BDM|LV-Borkum, BDM|S-441 comprised of fighters, gunboat, and a transport, all filled with Cryo Organisms have engaged in massive breaches of Liberty's laws, from assault, piracy, obstruction of justice to foreign intelligence presence and potential military espionage.

Evidence I collected from the patrols as follows:

Video evidence of assault and piracy can be retreived upon request. Standard law-breaker processing guidelines have been applied. I consider my job done - but I felt like such unprecedented act of aggression by another house might be worth flagging up.

Officers, heroes,

The situation with the Rheinlander hostilities is being handled. As Liberty forces have not been seen around lately, it is highly improbable that any of the primary fleets will have spare resources to deal with the BDM wanted criminals. And even if they did, we know the secondary fleet heroes and us will not get any help as we have found out the hard way in Kansas. We will not be even trying to contact them - the situation is being investigated by the Office of Naval Intelligence who will leave no stone unturned. Conventional forces are to act only if the open BDM hostilities continue.

In the meantime, one of our patrols has engaged the Lane Hacker Achiever, who bested our small crew, and later our force comprised of 1st|LNS-Niagara.Falls, YUMAI, LSF-Ailla-2, 1st|LNS-Barbara.Jacobi and LSF-Boise have destroyed a Rogue-fortified bunker in Magellan, the LRS Sea Breeze

Salutations to all relevant recipients,

As you are all aware, I was recently given the promotion to Admiral and second in Command to Admiral Van-Leer.

These recent months, has given me the chance to establish any weaknesses, improvements, and expectations that can be introduced or stamped out within the Armada.
I do have to say, that weaknesses within the ranks, I have not found any whatsoever. Training facilities are exceptional now, and also attitude of officers is exemplary to say the least. With this in mind, it is now time to initiate more missions and patrols than ever before.

Detailed below is a significant layout of all missions and patrols, that will be needed in the coming months.

FIRST AND FOREMOST
Pennsylvania will be monitored once again and a shift of protocol means OPERATION HAMMERFALL is to re established within the system. All Hammerfall personnel will be briefed on the new protocols, within the next few hours. Also it is good to see Raptor Commander VANGUARD back from extended leave and also leading the Raptor units once again, against the smugglers and non compliant individuals.
Raptor units will be used within the Pennsylvania system as scouts and will use their stealth capabilities to initiate intelligence about possible threats to the neighbouring systems.

This mission will be the first part of a five step set of protocols set by me.

SECONDLY

It has also been noted that alot of suspicious activity is coming from the Kusari region and seems to be coming through the Galileo system. As already established some months ago, Raptors and ONI units have located various Freeport installations in the system. These Freeports have already assured our operators that they have no intension of siding with the Zoner warmongers from the Pennsylvania system, but alternately they will not turn them away from the Freeports as they are Zoner people. But just to make things clear, these Zoners are not interested in hostilities, unless they have to protect their property.

Units from ONI and Raptor Squad will openly patrol within certain areas that will be discussed only at briefings, so as to make sure no information is leaked to any other entities.

Briefings will take place for this mission within the coming weeks, while Hammerfall operatives gather intel first.

This Mission will have the codename PROTECTORATE.

THIRDLY (And lastly for now)

More patrols within the Liberty area, will be increased, and regular units will include Raptors for extra manpower. Also large assets will be available if the patrols encounter larger vessels within the area.
Also added to this operation specifically will be VIPER units, and these units will be launched from our VIPER command vessel, which will be stationed in random systems, and patrols launched.
Also the Command ship will answer distress calls from passing Transports and can be moved to other systems if needed in a hurry.

This third operation will be the biggest one of the first three, and two more extensive operations will be communicated very soon.

An update on mission status - All concerned parties have been informed through briefings about their roles.

Operation PROTECTORATE is now active as I brought forward the briefing for the operation, and everyone is now up to speed with what is expected.
Raptor Squad have been briefed by VANGUARD aswell, and they are keen to get things underway, and supply extra assets to each mission. As stated in my previous communication, certain areas will be put down as primary patrol points and these have also been communicated throughout the fleet.

Heavy assets are on standby including the ARGONAUTE and other flagships of the Armada.

VIPER Squad, have also been briefed earlier than expected, and things are rolling smoothly to get the Command ship patrolling throughout Liberty regions and making sure supply lines are monitored and also any hostile activity is either reported or dealt with on the spot.

All Armada personnel, have been informed and briefed, so now it is up to you all to make the Armada Admiralty proud of you and your work.

And as always this will be done to the best of your abilities and for the protection of our area

Salutations to all relevant recipients,

An update on mission - PROTECTORATE

All personnel will report to the briefing area at 17.00 hrs today for a more in depth briefing regarding this mission, exceptions to this order means Raptor units will carry on as normal with their patrols.

During the briefing there will be some details passed over of some sightings of hostiles, that have been noted by civilians to Raptor officers over the last week.
Because of the sightings it has been agreed by Admiralty, that at least one large asset Battlecruiser or Battleship will be stationed within relevant areas of specific systems.
Viper units will also be expected to protect these large assets along with our Warden Gunboat units for even more security.

Other operations will continue as normal, and I must also congratulate you all on the fine work you are doing and also the extra hours you are putting in to increase efficieny, especially regarding simulator training.

Armada personnel are to be congratulated on a regular basis for their hard work and efficiency as always, and rewarded for the high standard of protection and commitment that they show to the Libertonian people and relevant citizens they protect within the region.

I myself will be on duty aboard the ARGONAUTE during thses operations to make sure that everything runs smoothly.

Over the next few weeks Admiralty will be discussing the need for relevant task forces to be initiated into different systems within Liberty to act as rapid response units. This will be discussed between myself and Admiral Van-Leer over the coming days and weeks.
