You can get the MK Vll other then at Toldeo, I think you can get it Mahattan, but I am not sure. But I am sure you can get it other places.

Either ask someone to get it from Toledo for you (if you cannot land there), or seek for alternative location. It's a secret. :P

Its not on manhatten though. When I was on Korrd's server last week I just had someone else dock at toledo, its the easiest way.
