and no I don't know what to do.

one interesting thing is that it crashes always between like 19 GMT to 23GMT.... never before and never after... maybe America and Europe just can't work together :)

It will never go above 198, that is max unless the admins raise it.

the max is 198, i couldn't log on when it was 198, when it went to 197 i could...
