The LNS vessel had a zoner IFF and a zoner ID.
Don't expect Rheinland to care about that when the LNS vessel already fired on them in the battle with the Bretonians.
If you honestly wanted it to be a zoner ship, then for god's sake loose a abbreviation "Liberty Navy Ship."
