While we're here, I'd like to discuss the fact that we, in partnership with our special friends at Ageira, produce a lot of the ship weaponry, Magma Hammers and the like, that Liberty's armed forces use, with an exclusive contract to produce these for the government. We'd like to request an extension to this contract to produce some for ourselves. We understand how the government covets these products, so if a separate request, taking into account the special relation that Detroit has with Ageira and the hardware in question, is necessary, I can get a secretary to draw up one for that too. Even though all of this has already been approved, our legal team wanted us to fill out this form, so as to ensure no potential problems would arise in the future.
Also, even though our Department of security is very competent, the executive board is willing to pay 100 million credits for both classes and simulator experience for our officers at West Point, so as to ensure complete proficiency when flying these new ships. If this offer is acceptable, please tell us where to send the credits, and we will send our officers over as soon as possible.

Sorry for the long delay Mr.Stafford, the office has been slightly busy with recent changes. Either way, we have good news on your request.
Your request for the leasing of 1x BDR-845 "Avenger" Fighter, 2x BDR-804 "Guardian" Fighters, 2x LZF-9805 "Liberator" Interceptors and 2x Li-117 "Upholder" Bombers has been approved by the the Surplus Requisitioning Office. The Vessels will be ready for pickup aboard Norfolk Shipyard once we receive a payment of 150'000'000 S.C (One hundred and Fifty Million Sirius credits) to Ferris.Dufresne
Due to the nature of these vessels, in order to avoid any diplomatic issues, you are advised to take in consideration the laws and regulations in your areas of operation.

We apologize however production contracts between companies and the Government state that production is exclusive to the Department of Defense as well as monitored by such. And at the current time the Department of Defense cannot lease defiant-class gunboats for security use (except for special circumstances) due to their wide use within the Liberty Forces. As such we regret to inform you that your request has been denied.
