i hear the water quality in southern africa is quite poor, as there isnt enough of it. however, last time i checked, tanzania was in eastern africa, so im not really qualified to comment.
aren't dolphins fish, and they make a tasty soup with pasta and peas? no peas? perhaps we should all give peas a chance. either way, i live in the shadow of mount meru. dolphins are thin on the ground here, as the largest fish we have here are tilapia, which are ciclids, and in my opinion more bone than flesh, and as they're freshwater fish from the equator, they have almost no w-3 content. better off eating sardines out of a can, really.
