It isn't really fruitful discussing this anymore. The unholy Hessian/BAF + friends alliance already made some far stretches of the imagination+random bits from here and there to justify their actions, 'Sairs can do the same, but we all know that it was all one big pile of OORP from start to end. From both sides.
EDIT: The interesting question is now did all of this happen? Could Rheinland come to learn of an open all-out Hessian/BAF alliance, the Brets even letting a Hessian capfleet operate freely in Cambridge? Did it happen?

it was not. and you think huge fleet of Hessians in Cambrige was? And 9-12 BAF Battleships in Cambrige just to shoot down Corsairs base was? And you think that Cloaking devices on half of ships on server is?
No! No RP around. Only metagaming/powergaming and other nonRP things. So why do you all QQ about Sairs ooRPed when you all doing same? Its not changes anything, only making more and more QQ/Hate. Am I right?

Yesterday you proved to the whole community the low level of ground where you stand. apparently you dont know about the RP situation of corsairs, ofcourse you dont, your not on the Council of Elders so you dont know what we discuss. As for oorp rage sanction accuses that you and others fling, you didnt supply that base (lucky you) so you didnt have to put up with the brets breaking rules for several days on end. But in the end, the only reason there was reports filed was because of hessians.... thats it. Noone thought of filing or even discussed reporting anyone before the hessians came around. Their the ones to blame in this case. They were the final drop that made it run over.
Hessians, their Zoi is one thing, recognition is a whole other thing, but as a player playing as Outcast in Bretonia for about 2 years i can say this; Bretonians would NEVER permitt ANY foreign cap, not even a libby dread, into their core systems without a request of entry, way in advance... there was no request as such BAF and BPA failed to follow their own RP of enforcing their own laws.
However one part remains true and as such; Kudos to the Bretonians, they did everything the right way.... They scouted the area thoroughly before moving through with their weakened ships. A outright splended show of roleplay and execution of such...

We've established that varying elements of ooRP and/or metagaming have occurred. It's futile to point fingers at this stage, though.

How's about people just be nice to each other and stop trying to throw blame around like some bad game of hot potato?
The situation was judged to be OORP by the Admins.
This was due to the Hessians breaking their ID rules and Bretonia..doing something.
The Admins are people just like you.
I would wager that they think and reason just like you do.
Whatever actually happened, we all knew something like this was going to occur.
When something big comes along like player stations, silliness will ensue.
It happened with nearly every new fun feature Disco has thrown at the community.
Boundaries get stretched, warning signs start popping up.
Boundaries get broken, people get whacked for it, people get pissed.
Try the next stage, moving on from it and trying to avoid doing the same thing again.
