Why is that horrible looking bretonia gunship included, when the majority voted against it?

Even the vanilla concept Gb looks better!

Because people saw that Bottleworm is Op and copied it, since everyone wants "IWIN" button. Logic?
Or may be trend considering that the best 4.85 GB was the packmanstyle textured hitboxsless ugly thing with gentleman cruiser turrets...

@~~Hone~~, the model of the gunship is easy to be updated, modified and changed. The difficult part is if the "ship" is about to be included. That ship is the "fruit" by following the progress of the Bretonian Lore. Its design must be familiar with all other bretonian caps, because there is no time to research a new one at this very moment. It must look odd, because its been build fast in numbers with minimum resources. It must Not look perfect nor great, because there is no time for painting what is left. Crude design, Cheap, Easy to be build in mass, effective in its role to support the remaining heavy gunboats which are not being constructed due to their expensive parts - thats the gunship, thats what the bretonian gunship should be. Here I've made a combination of few images to show the progress on the ship. The final model was updated from MK1 which had long platform and turned in to smaller one. The current Mk2 model is not final and can - always - be changed in future.

@Govedo, If Bretonia ever wanted battlenoses, it could be far more easy to simply request 90% nerf to BHG technology instead of building our own ship. As you can see we are still 75% so perhaps you can realise, we have no interest in bottlenoses.

These ship - the gunship and the carrier - were first presented to the devs with a huge Lore backup. They were never a request with empty words. The Bretonian Lore is the guidence, leading to necessity of few new ships to be build in RP...while OORP - the playerbase is requesting something new - something that can break the combo of 3 caps while anyone else in "Sirius" is having a lot of toys. So many patches, nothing for Bretonia in general. Well now is our chance to get anything. Smile

Oh snap, that's beautiful. I bought my raven's talon for the looks, and I'm keeping it for the even better looks! very nice, guys.

why is the order not getting the battlecruiser. I personally love the battlecruisers maneuverability and fire power compared to less maneuverability of battleships. the order was my favorite battlecruiser due to it was the only 1 with 18 guns in the last mod. all the rest had only 13 guns. this made a big difference in the heat of battle. and also since the bhg guard system is now gone where will the bhg battlecruiser be able to be bought at since it was in the guard system. love the looks of the game so far. look forward to discovering more of the game and the new systems.
