Good day.

I have recently received a refitted Gunboat from a group of New London Junkers who recovered it from the Trafalgar field, and patched her up. Seems she suffered a cataclysmic bridge decompression during the defense of Southampton as part of the York battle-group. Normally I would suggest she be sold for scrap, but apart from the bridge most systems were mostly unscathed, so I have assigned Lt. Commander Albright to her and sent her to New Holland to assist in the second front against the Corsairs there.

I would like for her to be instated within the Stirling BAF group and not part of the Reserve fleet, as the commander I assigned to her is not of the reserve fleet.

I have taken command of the newly commissioned Bretonia Carrier, HMS Venerable, and have positioned it behind Planet Dover on stand by to partake in the defense as part of the McDuff battle-group. We are still undergoing calibrations and system tests, as we were rushed out of the assembly line at Southampton, but we should be ready within a short time frame, not an exact science i'm afraid as the engineers are overworked and dealing with complex issues. Once we are fully operational we will maneuver to a more forward position.

I've given command of the Orion as per my request towards the admirality board. The ship is an older model Victoria Class, equipped with extended Fleet Command capabilities, although those systems are considered obsolete by now. The ship need a major overhaul, but until a suitable replacement for Southampton is found, it cannot be done.
