As you may or may not know, I am now the Premier of The Coalition, and Commandante of the Revolutionary Army.

Normally, I would not involve myself in matters of Customs Enforcement, however your application happened to cross the desk of one of my aides this morning, and I recognized your name in the file...Anyway, to business...Da?

For the time being, we will allow your Yacht the ability to traverse Coalition space, the status of the Ahoudori will be decided at a later date.

Naturally, I expect that you will comply with any and all lawful orders given by Coalition Customs Agents, Militsonyers, and soldiers of the Revolutionary Army.

I also expect that your vessel will maintain a distance of no less than eight kilometers (8.0K) from the Mykolaiv Research facility at all times.

Additionally I expect that you will not interfere with Coalition military operations, or the administration of Coalition Law, should you come across any instances of either, anywhere within Coalition territory.
The punishment for such interferences are quite severe, I assure you.

I do hope that despite our rigid law code, and our uncompromising punishment of criminal offenses, you will come to see that the soldiers and citizens of the Coalition are agreeable, and friendly people, much different from the way that the biased, corporate-run House media agencies would have you believe.

Perhaps you will even see that our way of life is so agreeable, that you will choose to apply for Coalition citizenship, Mm?

Premier Vaschenko,

We hope this message reaches you well, as I'm sure your visit to Bretonia recently went well enough, despite your propaganda spewing insults to the queen. However, that's not the reason why we're contacting you through this particular office.

As you know, Bretonia is pretty much in dire straights with the Gauls invading from the north and the cannibals invading from the South. The recently established Kusari Republic are puppets to the Gauls, and the Rheinlanders are useless in their campaign to stop the Corsair expansion.

The non-aggression pact that was signed between our two respectable nations allowed both parties to take a breather within the southern systems that border Bretonian space, albeit a short one.

To the point; The Sabre's wish to use Omega-52 as a staging ground and refueling point for strategic operations against the Corsairs. Whether these operations are jointly carried out or not is and will be up to you to decide, Madame Premier.

I'd like to remind you that this is a request for cooperation, and not a request to come into your home and put up propaganda fliers. My pilots will be strictly ordered to land and refill on the appropriate station if this is approved.

Consider the possibilities before accepting or denying, Madame Premier. These are trying times, and Sirius needs to stand firm against these expansionist frogs. There is absolutely no room for mistakes. You may as well consider Bretonia your shield, and we make up the blade of her sword.
