Discovery Mod: Balance Issues - ... kur nubėgo? - 08-08-2012 Gap created by non-player side might be a lot lesser than gap created by diffrence between the way people fly. What you are doing is meshing these into one as they would same thing. I have vicotries in lhotse and I had losses. And yes I can't deal with people who knows how to approprietly speed manage their slides and early turns so that they would remain on opponents arse all the time. If it's definition of being nub in pvp, than I guess a lot of people falls in that category. I don't consider that the definition of a nub, considering if you think a Sabre stays behind a Bayonet with early turns, it's kind of obvious why you have no idea how to manage the above. The definition of a nub is someone who pouts before they attempt to make do. "Practicing" against people who barely know how to engine kill isn't really an attempt at making do. Not only that obviuosly. And I attempt to make do. And I fight people who are capable of slide/boxing/ mien trapping and so on. I just can't properly deal with people who are able to manage their speed for movment economy. And thank for assuming the worst then a person express his opinion and pleases to -review- the actuall ship one more time. You wish to have the ship reviewed one more time because you use it now, problem is why whine for a buff, it will only make you look worse to get it and see no improvement. In fact all you do is make it easier for those who do practice. Discovery Mod: Balance Issues - ... kur nubėgo? - 08-08-2012 And assumptions again. I personaly don't giva a rats ass about how I preform in PvP or if I'm good or not. Srsly. It's mainly a problem of those people who spent countless hours in connecticut to -get better-. All I do, is if I see what is might or is wrong, I point it out. Or ask to pay attention to it. Guess I shouldn't be surprised how all and every person who does this is assumed to be a whinner or butt-hurt or whatever by someone who feel better than others. People who claim to know something then they actually don't and base their opinion on that annoy me. And you assume that you know my stance of the matter. But you don't, obiuosly. It's mainly a problem of those people who spent countless hours in connecticut to -get better-. Funny thing is I didn't practice in Conn to learn, nor did I spend hours, only takes five minutes to see what someone is doing wrong, but yes it is always easier to blame my ship. Realistically I could complain about every ship as there is something wrong with all of them, but isn't that the point of balance? A strength for a weakness? The Lhotse isn't particularly good at anything, but it's especially bad at nothing either. Realistically it's a ship that already takes care of your failures for you, regardless of who flies it. Discovery Mod: Balance Issues - ... kur nubėgo? - 08-08-2012 Yes. I agree. It's more about knowing how-to stuff. Then to train fingers to get used to exact pattern, get comfortable and then keep polishing. Some people polishes for hours. Some others don't. I personaly don't care. What doesn't seem for me right, that odin and lhotse pretty much seem alike in terms of size and shape but is weaker in nearly every parameter possible. That's why I've asked to review it once again. I might be wrong, I might be right. I didn't claimed certenty in my post. Did I? Discovery Mod: Balance Issues - fencore - 08-08-2012 Before you post again, consider this: "Is what I'm posting beneficial to balance discussion?" Discovery Mod: Balance Issues - McNeo - 08-08-2012 Joe isn't the only one with a squad of suck-ups, is he? Meanwhile, I think the Wraith needs a nerf, Kusari needs to be balanced with the rest of the server and the Liberty Assault Battlecruiser needs 140 thrust speed. |
