Meine ersten Tage in the company are going great! I have gotten myself a new ship from a junker - it's a real panzer I tells you!

The biggest difference so far compared to my [ALG] days was my time in Bretonia selling Aluminum. It was a more pleasant experience on the account of not being under constant threat of being shot down and murdered by the damn local polizei like all our [ALG] ships were let me tell you!

Well, I suppose I should have seen it coming - my former employer, [ALG], have not been seen supporting us haulers for months on end, this is partially why I requested the transfer - it is lonely in space when you have to fly solo and search for your own contracts to fulfill.

In my short time in my new corporation since the transfer I have not seen any sort of anymosity towards ALG or myself. In fact the current ALG is repairing Dortmund hand in hand with Daumann and Krüger, under the mandate of the Rheinland government and Krüger-ALG relations are back to what they always have been.

It might have been a long lost man in the Sigmas, fighting a phantom war that doesn't exist anymore. it might have been attempted revenge against my simply rational career decision to transfer to a different corporation, whatever the reason was the [ALG]-V-Mondschatten decided to test my Behemoth's resolve.

I had no choice but to reluctantly defend myself against a person for who's sub-faction of a company I have worked for for years, who's profits and agenda I have furthered greatly, where I made friends. Against a lost member of ALG Waste disposal, whom we once again call colleagues and friends - the smooth employee sharing of yours truly being the shining example.


The descent into madness of the man was reflected in his fighting style - reckless, as if he lost touch with his humanity, his ship gnarled and clawed in a fierce battle against my steady hand. Ultimately he was forced to crawl away, defeated, for I have achieved a pyrrhic victory, in a nonsensical battle with a man not willing to come to terms with the changing times and unified Vaterland.


Situation becomes clearer
It all did make a little more sense when the Gas Miners Guild have appeared. They have seemed to control the man, know him intimately - perhaps he is a sad victim of their conditioning, forcing his mind to live in the times long gone to do their bidding. The masters have come to aid of their sorrowful pawn, and that was the last glimmer of memory I can cling to from that day for I have then woken up in a nearby infirmary severals days later.

Guten tag,

I have used my skills from my previous employment to join an ALG operation of cleaning up Dortmund. The ALG have negotiated processing in Gallia at Bourg-en-Bresse Space Port and so we went.

We have ran into Red Hessians, Brigands and event a pirate Gallic Royalist - they inexplicably kept choosing my Dunlin vessel as a target but our convoy was too powerful to overcome.


Toxic Waste was safely delivered and we have returned to New Berlin, our cooperation with ALG making a great stride forward.

Nobody stood in our way - even one red on scanner had christmas spirit and let us pass!

I have a feeling next year will be amazing.

Issues
After saving Christmas demand for Ore me and Lukas Östermann went to grab us some Uranium and H-3 from the Gassers.

And it appears our mining turrets are not optimised for them on the Behemoth - perhaps our engineers can look into that! I am used to use Behemoth from ALG, but it never had issues acquiring ores.

I can't believe it! The Gas Miners Guild have finally turned around and decided to share their wealth.

It's a small step for the trillions in reparations they owe us, but an important one at that!


What a historic moment.

Oh also also a bunch of angry Corsairs are in Sigma-17 for some reason, I'd recommend our shipping division to avoid the system for a while.
