I just wanted to ask for clarification about how Kusari feels about T31, T23, T37 and Orkney.
Now I've seen a few Kusari fleet partols go to T23, both factionalized and indie go to T23 claiming it to be Kusari space.
Now my question is - on what grounds and what about the natives (like me for example)?
"Lol, ur conquered, haha!" ?
And I'm asking in feedback because I don't feel like taking it up to real diplo and potentially starting a conflict.

well you know.. this is faction right.. to make "only for VIP" events. but still, some merc.. stated that she is GC.. and attacked us.
About Tau 31.. its our space.
Tau 23.. well we are acting there only near Kyushu JH, and Tau 31 gate. And yes we believe that space around BMM facility is ours.
Tau 37 and orkney... well only Exploration wing can go there.

If I'm not wrong, Kusari was the first group exploring the tau sector, it's the greatest militay force there.
Tau 31 is out of the question, as it's under KNF control, except for planet Harris, everything else is under their watch.
Tau 23, is next to Kusari, it has a IMG base, a BMM one and an outcast base somewhere hiden ( yea, right), who's controling the system? To me, the biggest military army there. In which case is no one, as KNF main army is not there, but as no one is claiming it, that some KNF go there and claim it as their, don't look so inlogical.
Tau 37 belongs to who knows.
Orkney... even more unknown.
At least that's how I always saw it.
PS: CR? So, they claim T23 for them now?:P

Would that make KNF "visitors" treat CR along with local IMG as resisting Imperial rule?

As for the other subject, with this treaty, KNF can patrol Tau-23 and also dock in Colonial bases (with some exceptions). But.. there isn't any clarification for the owner of Tau-23. Because back then, when this treaty was written, both KNF and CR had some influence in Tau-23.
PS. I know it's an old treaty, but it's still included in the KNF faction status thread.

After you changed your status to neutral towards KNF, and all the disrespect you (pointing specially at you, Panzer) had been showing towards Kusari, considering is a system next to a Kusari Core System, sure it will look like a threat to the Empire.
Of course, I doubt the IMG will just simply hang total control over it to you, they have interests in Kusari, and losing them just to satisfy your ego (Because I also doubt it's the whole CR who has a problem with KNF presence there) wouldn't be wise.
You can see KNF control over T23 everyday, they can see it, if they think KNF control over Tau 23 is a menace to the IMG operations then they should take actions... again, if they see KNF operations as a threat to them...

And you should re-check what's the current status of that threaty, specially the last two posts (By Lotek and Panzer).
