That's a terrible analogy. Scrap Mining serves as a suitable cover for the shadier business that they do. RE: The Pirate ID - New Changes - Fluffyball - 01-11-2015 That's why I made idea about Unlawful ID. Rephack it as hell, nerf it as hell (so players cannot use non-generic stuff), but give the ID a lot of freedom. Why not? P.S. I believe inRP consuequences, as FR5-ing such player or putting him onto Bounty Board that e.g. attacks Hogosha are reasonable and painful enough. RE: The Pirate ID - New Changes - Veygaar - 01-11-2015 I like it how it is. Not everyone powertrades daily with PScrap or Nobium Ore. For some, 250M is like a spitting, for others, that's a sum they will never spend on SRP. Only issue I still have is the possible harassment that can be done by Police/Navies loophole thing you've mentioned. But I assume it will only encourage pirates to running off when too many police officers/navy folks show up. Heck, you CAN do Pscrap or whatever ore you like if you really want.(01-11-2015, 03:54 PM)Lythrilux Wrote:(01-11-2015, 03:50 PM)Toris James Gray Wrote: That's why I made idea about Unlawful ID. If you refuse to make money to achieve your goal, then you have no ambition. And if you don't want to work or put effort into your RP, then the admins won't make a concession and give you slightly watered down but still OP IDs as an excuse for your laziness. If - and only if - the nerfs included the ID losing gunboats as a flyable ship class - then I would agree with an extremely lenient unlawful ID. |
