Full explanation of visit's purpose: To speak for myself it is curiosity, but also i am very interested to consolidate and deepen the relations between our groups, the SCRA and the TAZ. Last but not least i hopefully can do some kind of import/export of needed goods as i have to pay the fuel for my journeys - and not to forget, the members of my crew do like me as a spendable captain.
Dr. Cornelius, a man from planet Primus is a good old friend of mine, a member of the well known Primus Science And Nature Institute Of Primate Nation, and a psychiatrist, and one of the few of his peaceful race, who likes to know more about us humans. As the Primus people normally do not space truckin`, he one day joined my crew to learn how to fly a ship, and was my board medic for a long time. He also is an expert in farming, owner of a fruit farm on his home planet, and so we both are able to provide fresh fruits from Primus, especially bananas. Also he is the one with the best recipe for banana flips in whole Sirius.
Our crews are people we found on different places of Sirius, people we call our ship families. As we don´t work together for credits only, much more we call it friendship, we trust them in every case. Some of them were active in revolutionary groups in their nations and had a good reason to flee, when we picked them up.

Dr. Cornelius also wants to inform You, that he would be very pleased to share more information about his people with Your people. So he would greatly appreciate, if a member of the SCRA would like to join his crew one day. Also he would like to invite Your people to visit his small nation in Omicron Kappa, although he knows, that it is not easy to reach this system and the planet itself.

About your friend... You say that he from Primus? Those planet of monkey-people in far away Omicron space? I always wondered why Zoners want to live there, but that they are picking locals for them surprising me. Dont take it for any kind of racism, but your friend should be clean of any kind of infections or bugs, before entering any of our stations. Not that I expect Doctor to be dirty monkey that eating bananas from the floor, of cource. Also, he might be interested to talk with Will Foetsch - our chief doctor. I am sure they will find something to discuss.

I also wonder about what kind of trade you may do. What will you want to bring to Coalition and what to take from us in exchange? If you already have plan - speak it, please. Also, what do you mean by ''if a member of the SCRA would like to join his crew one day''? Escort? Then Im might be willing to travel with him and have a few words about different things. first thank You for Your answer. I have to admit, that i wasn´t familiar with all these rules before, but now i am, also my friend Dr. Cornelius is.

I did not show him Your sentences, as he would not be amused to be called a monkey. You can´t compare the Primus people with the so called apes or monkeys on the lost planet Earth in Sol. The origin of them is not known, but they believe, they were part of the evolution on planet Primus itself. Interesting fact is, that they are able to live there in defiance of the high radiation on the surface, while we humans would die after a short time of contamination. So humans cannot settle there, we only are able to visit some places for a short time.

In earlier times indeed Zoners tried to colonize this planet, but it was one of our big fails. Now it is the home of one of the most peaceful races in Sirius, although the most people don´t know them, as the Primus people never had any desire to start space exploration. Their goal seem to build a civilisation without repression or exploiting groups of their people for profit. So we humans could learn a lot from them, but sadly the most seem to believe, they were only animals. Therefore this planet is guarded by Zoners, to prevent any house force to land there and try to use these people for any capitalistic games. This is all we can do for them, as they never used weapons and still do not.

But i told Dr. Cornelius about Will Foetsch, and he is eager to know this man. This scientist now has to face a lot of discussions...
And to the question of joining a SCRA member to his crew: Dr. Cornelius would give the SCRA a chance to get more information about his own people. If some SCRA member would live on his ship for a while, this man would be able to become more familiar with the Primus people, and this would be a first step to enable diplomatic standards between Primus and Omega 52. Best choice would be a scientist, who is interested in xenobiology and/or sociology. But this would depend on Your decision. He only is the one, who can offer you such a step.

Another question is, what we can deliver. This depends on, what You need. We can supply You with goods from a lot of places, You aren´t able to visit. So i ask You, what we should bring into Your system and what You would like to see us exporting. These goods we would prefer.

Last but not least: we did read the whole laws of the SCRA, and - everything here is easy to manage, exept two little things: I cannot guarantee, that my people will not wave to security cams. Especially my girl, pilot of the Deadcat likes to do so. Although she knows, that these cams are not there to get fame, she has a big fun in doing so. She is a really nice person, and in no way she wants to bother anyone, but i have to admit, that she is a real Discordian. Sometimes she likes to confuse people only for fun, sometimes she has a more philosophic reason to do so.

The second thing is with the pets, that go lost on Your stations. I have a cat aboard as mice hunter. Normally this cat would not leave our ship. But if she will do so, I would kindly ask, to get her back. She is most important, as she represents our goddess Eris. Her name is Schroedinger, and if You know the story of Schroedinger´s cat, i am sure, You will accept this minor plea.

But aside from this, everything we did read is understandable and acceptable in our view.

So i hope, i have answered all Your questions in a kind manner, and i look forward to Your answer to continue the wonderful friendship between our two small groups.

Sorry for delay. Had crapload of paper work on my plate last week. So I recieved all your answers and they more less pleases us. Id be greateful if you keep your cat locked on ship, but you have my word that it will not be harmed if no alien virus shall be detected on it. I know how it feels when you are allowed to freely enter Coalition space, but tell your girl, that she should try not to confuse guards, soldiers, marines, scientists, couriers, high ranked officers, pilots of Gold Wing, visitors from Red Hessians, Mollys, Colonial Republic & Zoner sides, and most important - Commander Julia Dorian. She is not that nice as your friend if got annoyed...

About what we need to - look here and check your trade route information. You may find something of you can deliver and get paid. Dont expect generous payouts however, we in Coalition live by different style then capitalistics. But your help shall not be forgotten.

Rest seems to be fine. I shall deliver your and Doctor Cornelius shipnames to High Command. Your Visa shall be made soon.

Thank You for this friendly answer. And please, there is no need for any excuse, all good things still need their time. I am glad to be allowed to visit Your home from now on, and i will have an eye or more on my pilot to stop any silly behavior of her. If she is not willing to follow, she has to remain aboard, while the rest of the crew will drink a wodka in a Coalition bar.
Concerning the delivery of goods i did not expect to use the Coalition for a greedy business. My wish was to visit Your home, not to get rich by mistreating the working class. Only i have to earn enough, that i am able to pay the running expense, and that is not that much.

I wish to inquire about the status of my visa. My application was processed and accepted some ten months ago by then-premier Ms Vaschenko, and I have made semi-regular visits ever since in the ship it was registered to, the Volcarona.

So far, I never had trouble doing so, I found your pilots friendly and helpful whenever I encountered them, and I can assure you I always followed Coalition law to the letter.

However, last night I was stopped by three pilots and although they were very polite about it, they eventually demanded I leave as they were not able to find any records of my visa.

They said they might contact me about the matter, but I figured there would be no harm in sending a transmission myself.

In simple terms, I wish to ask if the visa registered to pilot Katherine Pennybrooke and the Democritus-class yacht Volcarona is still valid.

Yes, I am already familiar with that little incident. I already warned those three pilots and gave them extra patrol as a little punishment. Your name is in list of those who have been granted a Visa. However I find that one unusual for us, because I never saw you doing some supplies or other aid to the Coalition, exept for passing-by or resupplying on our bases. Premier Vaschenko did many mistakes along with her loyal puppy Meier. I could have count your Visa as one.

But for now your Visa is valid and stands. Use it the way you need to, but remember the rules about being a guest of Omega 52. And 8km no entrance zone around Mykolaiv, of cource. Now, if you have no more things to discuss...
