Guys, there's a problem with the Makassar field infocard... it says it's part of the Barrier nebula, but Makassar's an asteroid field, no nebula. And before you even ask, no, I can't make it a nebula, we probably have too many as it is.
Otherwise, it's ready for Dab to test for submission. Why Dab test it? Well:

I know you really wanted that system in, and I'm so sorry... But before you get mad at me and kick me from modding your systems, it was completely out of my control. I REPEAT, IGISS WILL NOT ADD ANY MORE SYSTEMS TO V48.3!!!
