Reading this it looks like you are unaware of this change https://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=206713. It allows Intelligence and Wild IDs to change their IFF and is considered a part of roleplay and is legitimate. Corsairs and Hessians are not allowed to change their IFF.
