I am absolutely honored to report the full operational capacity of Her Majesty's Ship Hood. As per her construction doctrine, she has been placed under Detachment 13, and sits under my direct command. May she live up to her proud heritage, and do the Kingdom wonders.
In addition, I am also authorized to inform the command staff of the finalities of the transfer of Her Majesty's Ship Northumberland to Detachment 13 from the command of the Primary. Commander William Reginald Sutton III will take command of the ship directly, and his transfer to Detachment 13 will leave the ship under my guidance. I look forward to reviewing his service record and working alongside him and his men.
