I was patrolling Pennsylvania, when i saw Adam Watson, a Navy pilot, outside Philadelphia Station. We were chatting for a while until this peculiar individual came around. I instantly remembered the name from a few days ago when i saw him escorting a smuggler through NY -> Texas. I unfortunately wasnt able to record the event, or catch them, as they disabled every lane behind them. Later on the same day he was chatting with me and a few other pilots around Norfolk Shipyard, and he was acting in a very unsettling way, mentioning weird things such as how "he eats humans for dinner". After the incident logged below, it became clear to me that this person could be an issue for Liberty. He seems to know things about Zone-21 and Alaska that he shouldnt know. Id advise caution around this individual, and i would suggest some form of deeper investigation.

A civilian called for assistance, telling us he is under attack near Philadelphia Station, Pennsylvania, by 4 Rogue ships, out of which 2 were Gunboats and 2 were Super Heavy Fighters. I think i made a wise choice to head towards the location with the Polstari, as the situation could quickly get a lot worse if there's already 2 gunboats out there. As soon as me and James Davis got there, we awaited near Philadelphia for backup to arrive first, and then we could engage the threats as a bigger force. Carter soon joined in, followed by Sawyer a few minutes later. Fortunately, mine and Sawyer's presence was not required there, as the 2 gunboats ended up making the right choice of leaving the scene, with the 2 fighters staying back. The 2 fighters were easily wiped out by Davis and Carter, and the skies were soon clear.

Greetings, this is officer Isla reporting the successful destruction of an illegally built base in New York system.

A few minutes ago base "Smugglers Bay", which was located 40 kilometers above Planet Manhattan airspace, New York, was destroyed as per the Laws of Liberty by the combined firepower of Chief Holiday piloting the Excelsus, Lieutenant Wilson piloting the Rikers, and me piloting the Polstari. Chief Holiday along with Lieutenant Wilson were already at the base by the time i arrived, and engaged it shortly before my arrival.

Good evening,

Today I did a patrol of New York. Nothing exciting happened to begin with, there was a Deep Space Engineering ship testing the docking protocol of Baltimore Shipyard; I didn't disturb his work. I decided to extend my patrol to Pennsylvania. On route, I came across a Liberty Rogue under the call-sign of [R]Mildly.Wild. A freelancer was also at the gate, however the freelancer moved on without trouble. The Rogue however took it upon himself to damage the lane link closest to the Pennsylvania gate. Upon alerting him to the fact this was not acceptable, he made it known he did not care and decided to ask what I was going to do about it.

I alerted the pilot that he was breaking the law. The pilot refused to pay a fine to cover the damages, instead instructing me to "come and try to take the payment" from him. I had to oblige and a fight subsequently followed. I was successful in neutralizing the threat.

Other than this, the shift was uneventful.

Good evening,

As a follow up to my initial message log earlier today, I found that the weapons I had initially selected for this ship were malfunctioning after the battle with the Rogue. I had made my way to Norfolk shipyard for repairs or replacement - Replacement was the only viable option. After this was complete, I was making my way back to Planet Manhattan for the remainder of my weekend, only to come across a ship under the call-sign of Sekai-5|Aoi.

This pilot deliberately disrupted the lane as I was passing through, which I warned them this could be seen as a breach of the Liberty laws - section 2, piracy. This pilot insisted that they did not do anything wrong and instead insisted I alert Deep Space Engineering to repair the link. I agreed I would pass on the message, only to have the pilot initiate hostile actions insisting my distress signal would alert them. This hostile action is a direct breach of section three, assault on Liberty forces. During the fight, I noticed the weaponry that was being used was alien in nature. I was unable to confirm this, however I suspect the pilot was also in breach of section 2, hostile entities - using weaponry from known hostile entities.

The fight was longer than I am accustomed to. It was a hard one that almost left me dead. However, I was able to neutralize the threat. I have taken my ship back to Norfolk ship yard for repairs, I will remain here until these are complete.

Good afternoon,

I went on patrol today, a lot of traffic outside of Manhatten so I stuck around there. The only thing of concern was an Outcast that managed to outrun my bomber. As I was returning to Manhatten orbit, I spotted a Freelancer named "Romance" sporting Nomad adapted weaponry. I requested the pilot twice to hold position, and both times refused, where a pursuit into Texas pursued.

Chief Holiday joined me as we caught the ship in the Pequena Negra radiation field. I was in my bomber, but I was still able to provide support for the Chief, who eventually took down the ship with its illegal technology.

I returned back to Manhatten to get repairs that ended up costing me 300,000 credits due to the radiation burning through my hull. Either way the ship made it, and so did we.

Good day, Officers and friends of the Police department, Roses reporting in for new part of my report card, Hope you like it.

Just a sample Chill to show I'm still active on the force then sitting back in the quarters or my desk on Fort Bush. Nothing then just talking to an Transporter goes by, Exodus-Freight. They claim they having a lifetime paid base of operations that is free to the republic of Liberty and those who comes for Tourist site seeing and had a good talk with them, sides time to time interfering by Chief Holidays but all fine by me.

Today at 17:15 was intercepted battle transport TRGOVAC_1 undocking from Planet Manhattan mooring ring. The ship was full of people, stacked in a closed and uncomfortable environment like a lot of fish. Could they be slaves, cheap ticket passengers, or misguided citizens, becoming smuggler's hostages? I don't know.

I know that battle transport opened fire at me without any declaration or warning. Trying to kill me, acting Liberty officer. The criminal had poor armoring at his ship, which allowed me to crack his battle vessel apart.

I sent an emergency call for LPI, to bring rescuing transport, but we were too late. as they all died because of suffocating and decompression. Apparently they were not given even any oxygen mask while being kept inside the ship.

I call for a minute of silence, to honor those who were not able to survive.*

The secondary interesting case happened in Texas. I arrived as [LIA]-Wolverine agent tried to interrogate Gallic Freelancer named Romance, apparently having... quite forbidden weaponry onboard. Nomad Adapted Blasters. Thankfully we were able to deal with him.

And while the criminal did not say anything about where he got those guns. I can point obvious connection named Gallic Civilian Very Heavy Fighter. Which gives at least some clue where he originated. Further interrogation should be made with medical examination in case additional surprises regarding him.*

Report - 3 pirate ships in NY

My patrol started quietly, i launched from Fort Bush, patrolled all of NY, and didnt see anything interesting, so i decided to head towards Texas. While jumping to Texas, i picked up a Cardamine smuggler, at Colorado, but even if i knew i wouldnt be there on time, i headed back to NY to follow him. Before heading to Bush a pilot contacted me, informing me that there is a Rogue bomber in the tradelane between Manhattan and West Point. As i was heading there, i saw a fellow Police officer who's name i dont know since they were flying on an undercover ship, tagged Diod, that i cant seem to find logged anywhere. I paused for a second before entering the lane to West Point, ready to call the pilot with me for assistance, but then the words from my recent promotion to Detective came in mind; "We expect more independence from you now."

I decided not to call for any assistance whatsoever, and took the lane to West Point. There, i saw another ship informing me of the Rogue Bomber, which i was of course aware of already, but i thanked the pilot nonetheless, he couldnt know. Finally, i took the lane towards Manhattan, and not to my surprise my lane was disrupted by the so called Rogue bomber, a ship tagged Twisted.Manifesto. He immediately tried to cloak and run away, which was enough for me to know he means trouble. The pilot did not respond to any of my comms, and before wasting any time, i engaged him. A GMG vessel tagged Blinker came by our vicinity, and said some words of praise for me, which i really appreciated at the time. However, that was not the only vessel approaching. 2 more pirates, VHF-class ships tagged Healy.Delight and JohnTheDotCom respectfully came by, and immediately joined the fight against me. The GMG pilot requested permission to engage the ships and assist me, but like before, the same words echoed in my head, and i said no, advising said ship to leave the vicinity in case the Rogues decide to turn on it. Unfortunately, during the time that my attention was at responding to the GMG vessel, the Rogue bomber managed to cloak, and leave the sector just a few shots before being incapacitated, and with that i finally turned to the other 2 pilots that were attacking me. Another vessel, tagged [WM]"Defiance", came by and asked if i need assistance, to which i could not reply at the time due to being in an intense combat situation, but happily the pilot took my silence as a "no", which is what i intended to reply. All threats were successfully neutralized by me.
