Upon exiting the jump gate from NY to CA, I spotted a Lane Hacker in a Vindicator named Terminal.Error. The hostile quickly took the jump gate to NY and I pursued him but was unable to get within cruise disruptor range.

White patrolling NY, I discovered a ship carrying Artifacts and tracked it down. It turned out to be an Outcast Aspis Battle Transport named The.Ladron. The captain ignored all orders and attempted escape. I shot him down.

I received a report that, after delivering Criminals from LA to Sugarland, the LPI-Sunbucks.Truck was ambushed by an XA bomber named XA.Viper. near the Hudson jump gate. The Serenity transport was outgunned and escaped through the Hudson jump gate and docked on Manitoba Station. I quickly got on my Defiant, LPI-SWAT-Chesapeake, and pursued XA.Viper. to Hudson. I engaged the hostile and as we were in battle, two more XA bombers, XA-Bark! and XA-Ridgenose, showed up and engaged me. Outnumbered 3 to 1, I took the jump gate to TX planning to repair at Planet Houston. The Xenos pursued me to Houston so, rather than docking, I re-engaged the Xenos with the support of Battleship Arkansas. Initially it was 2v1 (XA.Viper. and XA-Ridgenose,) and I was almost able to destroy XA.Viper.. Then XA-Bark! re-joined them and, with my hull beat up and no more batteries or bots left, I decided to live to fight another day and docked on Arkansas.

White patrolling NY, I discovered a ship carrying BM Light Arms and tracked it down. It turned out to be a Freelancer named Soreyes2 in an Eagle. The captain agreed to eject the contraband and I let him proceed.

I detected a transport carrying contraband on the network and intercepted a Pitbull Pirate Train named anahilda2 carrying 4215 Artifacts near Westpoint. The smuggler agreed to eject the Artifacts. I destroyed the Artifacts and let him proceed.

While battling some Insurgency secondary fleet ships on LPI-SWAT-Kirtland, I noticed a transport carrying contraband on the network. I intercepted the Freelancer named Reggie in a Serenity carrying 297 Sorted Artifacts near California Minor. Unfortunately he ignored all orders and, while attempting escape, only said "I'll take death". I dropped off the evidence at Westpoint and took the pilot to prison for transport of contraband and resisting arrest.

While engaging the Insurgency secondary fleet near California Minor with Liberty Navy Battleship Dive, I noticed a IN tagged vessel on my scanner. We moved to engage the Judicator BC named INS-Darsol but were unable to get within cruise disruptor range. I believe the deserter fled to Alcatraz.

I saw a Rogue tagged ship in NY and tracked down [R]-Ravioli.Party. in a Hyena near Westpoint. I chased the VHF in my Defiant for several minutes but he refused to engage and there were no other ships in NY that he posed a threat to so I pursued another lead.

I intercepted a Freelancer in a Serenity named WarpX carrying 3535 Artifacts near the TX jump gate in NY. He agreed to eject the contraband and, upon destroying it, another Freelancer exited the jump gate in a Serenity named Juest also carrying Artifacts. Juest also agreed to eject his contraband which I promptly destroyed. I allowed both Freelancers to proceed without a fine as they were cooperative and this was their first offense. I celebrated my first double-bust back at Ft Bush with a coconut milk machiatto and two vegan chocolate mascarpone-filled donuts.

Near the NY jump gate in CA, I encountered a Mastodon transport with an Interspace Commerce ID named [SDI]~Stellar_Wayfarer carrying 3531 Sorted Artifacts. I could not find the [SDI] tag in the official or unofficial databases, so I could not verify his association with IC. In any case, the pilot resisted arrest and attempted to escape. I gave him another chance to eject the contraband and pay a fine. He ejected the Sorted Artifacts but claimed that he only had 1,000 SC available to him, which I found very hard to believe given his cargo and ship value. He was unable to verify his bank balance so I told him that he would have to spend some time in prison if he could only pay 1,000 SC given all of the offenses he had racked up. Sugarland ended up with another criminal.

It is has been not a long time since I reported a caught bretonian spy going through the military restricted territory, and it looks like is the not the last time when we catch our friendly neighbors having an unexplained motive for their presence in our house space.

Today at 12:00 during my patrol through Liberty, I picked a weird signal from trade lane usage coming all the way from New York to California system. I was quick enough to catch 'the signal' near Riverside station. Nothing was in my visual sight, but scanners detected a faint trail of zeta waves coming from empty space ahead of me. Thankfully I had installed Cloak Disruptor on board of my ship, which I immediately used to reveal any unauthorized presence.

Surprise can be strong, as we had bretonian agent James Skirka from [S.I.S], carrying a message for the Director." going through the center of Liberty space under cloak!

Besides identification I was able to extract from his claims about coming here from "a spot of trouble out and about in Rheinland". Any evidence to back up his words I did not receive. You would want to have a closer look at his words "The 'Law' does not apply to us in the same way as it does you.", which he used to explain his unauthorized presence.

I made a full scan of his ship, attaching everything I have to my report.

I intercepted a Freelancer in a Pitbull named anahilda2 carrying 4215 Artifacts near Norfolk. He ejected the contraband but refused to pay a 1m fine. Since this was his second offense and I did not fine him on his first offense, to prison he went.

46th|Romeo.Darkbeat[R] and I (on my Sutinga) engaged an Insurgency pilot named a.young.girl flying a Saber and an Insurgency pilot named IN|H-Lolita.Longsword near Westpoint. During the battle, a Rogue named [R]-Diamonds.and.Spades joined them and 46th|Romeo.Darkbeat[R] went down. Outnumbered 3v1 with hull damage and no civilians in NY or backup in nearby systems, I docked at Westpoint for repairs. The Westpoint medical team insisted on an examination, which I didn't want to waste my time with until I caught a glimpse of the nurse who was going to examine me. Her inspection was very... thorough.

While patrolling NY in my Archer, I discovered a Lane Hacker named Terminal.Error in a Grizzly attacking a transport named Vanilla-2 near Manhattan. I forced the hostile to disengage the transport, who was able to flee safely. I pursued the Grizzly but couldn't land many shots given his agility. He turned out to be baiting me for the Insurgency Dreadnought IN|H-INS-Harmony which approached Manhattan. Realizing I was outgunned, I called for backup and, luckily, an 46th Interdictor named 46th|LNS-Scarlet quickly responded. We engaged the Harmony and took it down, however, the Harmony destroyed the valiant 46th|LNS-Scarlet. Shortly thereafter, 46th|Romeo.Darkbeat[R] arrived in a VHF and I had him take care of the Grizzly while I pursued a smuggler carrying Xeno Relics.

While patrolling NY in my Gunboat, I discovered a Junker in a Border Worlds Train named Arbeitstier carrying 4205 Xeno Relics. He stopped but took a long time to respond, started moving, and then had the audacity to tell me to stop moving. He attemped to escape through the Norfolk trade lanes but I shot him down and dropped him off at Sugarland.

While patrolling NY on my Gunboat I intercepted a smuggler transporting Xeno Relics named /+\-Hypoesthesia just before he docked on Manhattan but was unable to get within CD range and he unfortunately escaped towards Buffalo. Shortly thereafter two Rogues and an INS cap showed up outside of Manhattan where there was also a Junker in an empty Pilgrim Liner named lixeoscratch. Outnumbered, I called for some backup but no one responded. While waiting for backup, the Junker started chatting with me. At first he appeared to be making friendly conversation, however, he then changed his tone and called me a "dummy". I took a closer look at his ship and noticed that his docking light was broken. When I shared this valuable discovery with him, which was important for the saftey of his future passengers, and issued a small fine, he denied that the docking light was broken and refused to pay the fine. I told him he had two options: pay the fine or go to prison. His response was to attempt escape so, unfortunately, I had no choice but to book him.

As an overall note, officers should be advised that there is a steady flow of Xeno Relics coming into Manhattan from Texas. Word on the street is that prices for these Relics have increased by 25% on Manhattan. Manhattan authorities may also want to consider planetside measures to crack down on the trade there.

I received a report from a 46th Naval officer on a report of a Bretonian Capital Ship Call sign Reliant. DUNKERQUE Class vessel. Civilian Ships have reported that they detected a cloaking device on the vessel. The Captain of the Reliant refused to Comply with Lawful Orders or To even reply to me. I gave him the Opportunity chances. He has now been Warned that he is no longer allowed to be here and if he returns at all that he will have his ship Impounded.

While On Patrol a Report of a Zoner Capital Ship came in From Colorado. Upon Heading that way A 46th| Vessel came across the Zoner Carrier that was detected in Colorado on Long Range scanners. The Vessels Callsign was Flash_Mangus Upon Reaching the Vessel i was able to escort it out of Liberty Space with the aid of 46th in case it tried to bolt the pilot complied. He was looking for passage to the Omicrons and was looking to pass through Liberty Space. I advised him to contact The Primary Fleets or The Liberty Goverment if he wishes to Enter.

"I'll keep this one short. Earlier today a rogue Freelancer was hired to engage me and the 46th battlecruiser "Tomahawk" by Cobra, leader of the Xenos Alliance. Said Freelancer is to be treated as hostile and is flying a Corvo with Solaris.

I assumed the Freelancer would've left as far from Liberty as possible after that incident, but I was proven to be very wrong as I spotted him just outside Manhattan a few minutes ago. He acted as if the above incident never happened and went as far as to be downright offensive towards me for blaming him for no reason.

Without much discussion I figured it wasn't worth my time and shot him down. The rest is up to you Chief Holiday.

Beginning of Patrol: While on patrol I received a request for assistance from Rear Admiral Van Leer for help against a Rogue Gunboat Call sign Birdie Near the Badlands. Upon arriving on seen it was seen taking a known shortcut to evade us where we followed behind him. Upon Catching up to Birdie he opened fire on me and managed to de shield me. I was able to move to a safe distance to regain my shields. For his assault on a Police officer Myself and Rear Admiral Van Leer used deadly force. After a long battle we were able to make the arrest. There was also a Cardiamine Dealer Call sign Solomon.Cardie Who has been avoiding Police and Naval Forces. I am Here by issue a Arrest Warrant for him. He has been evading us long enough.

Beginning of Patrol: I was On patrol in the New York system when scanners detected a Smuggler with Black Market Light arms. I was able to intercept the vessel near Fort Bush when i was able to stop the vessel Callsign Azura he was also flying an illegal vessel. The Pitbull. He was fined then warned/advised to find a ship that was legal or to apply for a License.

Later i came across a Trident with an adaptive nomad Blaster. Callsign Yuzikaya After he began to ask question about classified Naval Ship specs it began to feel off as a Freelancer does not normally request or ask questions about Classified Naval Systems or Ships. After asking the pilot why they were asking they kept avoiding the questions and chose to ignore lawful orders. Sadly I had to use force to take the pilot in to custody. Not long after a Ageria Vessel was spotted carrying Artifacts. After a long chat we were able to get the Ageria Pilot Callsign Courier_Neo to hand over the Artifacts. Before i could issue a fine a Rogue vessel arrived in orbit forcing me to shift my focus to him. Rogue Ships call sign was [R]-Archangel. A Bounty Hunter callsign BHG|Tombs chose to step in and take on the Rogue. All illegal cargo was confiscated and taken to Manhattan for Evidence.
