While making my rounds through out liberty I came across a Pilot Call sign Saar|Bruce Rhino Class Freighter Carrying Sorted Artifacts. Upon Heading to his last known location and wasn't unable to stop him at the Colorado Jump gate but was I cut him off near Planet Manhattan. After catching up to him I requested he stop. He Chose to ignore any lawful orders issued to him. I asked him several times to drop the Sorted Artifacts but he failed to comply. I was Forced to use force to take the cargo.

Wile on patrol I came across a Mastodon in orbit around Planet Manhattan. He was just sitting there so I had a look in his Hold to see what he had and came to see he had some extra equipment he forgot in his hold which was his previous engine he used to use. After talking with him it turns out he bought an engine off the Golden Chrysanthemums Which I had seen before and heard Rumors from passing Transport captains that was developed by the Gen'an Cell. He told me that when stopped by them the sold him an engine license to be able to use his ship. He mentioned that he had also bought the Engine off on of their Agents along side the License itself. So It not only seems that they are selling their Drug (Shigeakiki) to anyone that that is willing to buy it but now seem to be selling their own equipment. The captain that brought this up was contracting for themselves with Deep Space Engineering Ship call sign Harlinger.
This Conversation brought up many more questions that requires more investigation.

I was just making sure the ship was sufficiently capable of being used at its full strenght after the fitting of some rather nice powerful weapons.
Out of the trade lane from the Colorado gate at Fort bush Vicinity came Fylgia, I immediately asked him to stop for a routine scan and he obliged. On completion of the scan he had alot of excursionists crammed into his transport, which according to Liberty Law 1.3 which states
Only freighters Armoured "Pelican" Transports Liners and Yachts may transport various class of Passengers is stated
I immediately asked the pilot to drop the Cargo at Fort Bush to be transferred on the next available compatible transportation. After a minor mistake for which I disrupted his engines after he tried to go to Manhatten, which I thought he was trying to escape, He agreed to comply as I had disrupted the Lane to Manhatten also.
With the Paseengers dropped off I made my way behind this individual to Manhatten and kindly instructed him NOT to transport Human Cargo again.
Individual was also fined : 2 Million Sirius Credits
Unfortunately I could not get a scan of the relevant cargo that was involved due to a technical error, which will be fixed as soon as I dock

The Patrol Started out very quiet where i had a chat with a Former Agent with the Liberty Security force. Later i was joined by Detective Edward Smith We came across a Junker That happened to be carrying a Xeno Relic in his hold which I had to warn him about he agreed to hand over the Relic which he did so. After reports came in about a Zoner Q ship being spotted in the Colorado system where The Black watch Cruiser Polstari was Dispatched to along side a 46th Cruiser to Escort the Zoner Q ship Callsign Warrior_of_Faith which we escorted him back to the Galileo system. When I returned to Patrol i came across a Rogue Gunboat In the Colorado System Callsign Zapper100 where he was forced to hid on Rochester. After awhile Boby_McFarcen who had been warned earlier about Xeno Relics was caught red handed with a full hold of Black Market Light Arms outside Planet Denver he realized he Was in trouble he chose to comply and pay a fine for the act of Smuggling Illegal Cargo He was sent off and warned if he is caught again he would end behind bars Once he Dropped the Cargo I was able to enlist the Help Of the Vice President of Universal Shipping Inc. Julios Camios to help bring the Contraband under escort to Planet Manhattan to be place in Evidence.

Patrol Report:
I was on a routing patrol which began in the New York system - it was quiet, thankfully and there wasn't a great deal of anything going on. There was a lot of traffic over the lane net, so decided to go for a routine patrol in Pennsylvania and make sure everything was well.
On arriving and initially patrolling the perimeter, and finding nothing, nor no one of interest - I moved more towards the center. I took the trade lane towards the helium mining field and thought I was seeing things, perhaps it was space clutter. Alas, it was not. I noticed a base that was freshly built, so I move in to take a closer look. I caught a brief glimpse when approaching of a ship that appeared to be a construction platform but had docked before I could hail him on the comm.
I've attached footage of the base and it's location on the nav-map.

And was able to intersect him at Planet Manhattan. He was flying a Crane Class Transport with Freelancer Credentials. He Claimed he had a License to haul it. Which he did not. After some time I was able to convince him to hand over the Cardimine to the [*USI*]Champlain. The Universal Vessel was called in to help confiscate the Cardimine. With some extra aid from a Naval Vessel LNS-Condor we were able to keep things for getting out of hand. But the Threat towards me is alarming so I would recommend keeping an eye on him.

Addendum: Managed to recover a few recordings from the black box.
Launched from good old West Point to conduct a patrol of the New York system. Headed north to Manhattan, where I came across two pilots from the Forty-Sixth. Our brief chat was interrupted by the arrival of a freelancer with a scrambled IFF, Antifragile, and a Rogue fighter, [R]-Radical.Randy. Well, turns out the freelancer's orientation is hostilely inclined, as they tried desperately to prod me into engaging. I waited for them to bugger off before moving in to apprehend the Rogue, only for the freelancer to return and drop on top of me. The Forty-Sixth flight was so kind as to jump in and lend me hand.
Long story short, we managed to send the freelancer running, but the Rogue kept us dancing long enough for them to return and re-engage. My ship was critically damaged and I had to eject.

It feels good to be jockeying a One-Seventeen again.
Set out on a patrol of the New York system from Fort Bush as a maiden flight for my assigned bomber. Everything was running smoothly and the system was pleasantly quiet, right up until I found myself staring down the INS Discovery on the Norfolk perimeter. I ain't sure what tactical mastermind of theirs thought that approaching the Missouri like that was a good idea, because it sure wasn't. I had the good fortune of having a bounty hunter bomber join me in the pursuit of the Discovery towards the intra-system jump hole, and managed to put a good few rounds of antimatter into her hull, even with ion interference messing with the targeting systems.
With a Jaeger by my side, I decided to risk following the target through the jump hole into the Badlands, where she put up more of a fight. But neither the hunter nor I were equipped to properly deal with a dreadnought, nor could the Discovery really fight back against us all too effectively. We still chased her down to Buffalo, where I decided that things would get a bit too prickly and broke off, letting her moor to the station.
The damage we dealt to her was minor, but might keep her busy with repairs for a short while at any rate.
