I've changed the name to "Junker's Union", with the tag JU-Name.
It looks more like a junker tag and wont step on any toes. If JU is taken... too bad, I'm using it anyway.

Can I suggest something? Put in a ranking system - customise it, but you have to know who gives the orders when there are many players on. I appreciated that a lot when I first joined a faction (the BPA) because it meant I knew who to listen to and who to trust. Plus there is something to aim for and I think it encourages people to try their best.
