Sorry I was busy at work for the last two Days.
So far I have made this. I looked at your Faction's Page, assuming you are mostly/only operating in Liberty and made a Cpt. America Shield for the Background. Two Versions, one broken, one normal.

I hope you still like them, even though they are lacking of any Details that you've wanted.
PS: I am not really good at making Logos. Better with Transmission Bars and Signatures.

We are creating this group in real RP, so our ZOI won't be in lolberty only.
Our ZOI will be sirus wide and we will keep expanding it.
Let me ask other members about the logo.

I can easily change the Colours on the Shield so it does not resemble Liberty and I could also have something else in the Middle.

Well this is what i want to be adjusted.
Replace America's shield with some thing else.
It not should really look Libertyish style.
