The Rouge Gunboat decided to try again. Also, the Dominator and the Skyraider engaged an Outcast Dreadnought in Colorado. It fled to Kepler, where it was destroyed. Payment is 45,000,000 in bulk to me. Total outstanding payment, 90,000,000.
