Nice you had freelancer mercenaries who died at pvp and came back (against rules) to destroy the last 6% of health, when all of the enemies were gone. I know, because I saw it. They're not really bases though, just huge over-sized transports with large cargo holds.
What if we took that, reduced it's cargo hold in exchange for being able to equip multiple docking modules?

Oh really? I had no idea they could equip docking modules. People should be encouraged to use those more, and, perhaps they need to be updated to fit the PoB style?
