Mr Klugmann, your offer is greatly appreciated.
At the moment uncertainty is still too great to arrange anything concrete, but let me just say the responses of the BDM and Samura in your open transmission really make me wonder about what was going on behind the scenes here.
I suspect a typical case of criminal negligence in the pursuit of profit, albeit with far more dire consequences than perhaps any event since the Texas incident.
Perhaps the time will come for more cooperation of some sort in this matter.
Until then, what we could use more than anything I suppose, is any information you might come across regarding the situation. I will be happy to return the favour.
