I hope they never come back, they've been so problematic and generally prevent RP instead of creating it.
And, if it is affecting faction activity, you should look to finding something else for your faction to do. I know it's a lot of ask but a faction that bases (hue) its activity on a base isn't really healthy for a faction.
Rollback will probably never come, since it won't actually solve anything.

All faction activities have been affected as many are not logging due to fear of efforts in char being lost via roll back which is understandable. Right now the server is in a kind of ground-hog day limbo as its not a nice feeling.

Black Widow stop talking on behalf of all faction, Last time i checked you are not a member of all factions ant therefore cant speak on behalf of them all.
Actuallt the main faction i am member of have become more active the month or so, so your statement are invalid.
ohh and keep the bases off the server until the problem is solved, and hopefully the admins/devs at the same time figures out how the POB`s can be implementet a bit better for ingame RP, and not just as OORP docking spots.
Note all i just said was my personally meaning, not and expression of faction i am in or anybody else`s meaning.

About bases: Either they get a massive rebalance, the rules are getting updated or they stay off the server until either of the other two options happen. I'd prefer the first. Or the third.
