As long as you arent a house military, police, or other 'lawful military' faction, an alliance isnt out of the question, just make sure you present yourselves as strong and capable of survival, or the Black Lance pilots will probably see you as weak and exterminate you =P

Outcasts are quite proud as well. Having some test-tube child come in and say that the outcasts are inferior to them would be like a slap in the face.
Besides, any R.Claw that'd enter alpha would most likely be captured and picked asunder on Malta in order to learn all the dirty LSF secrets contained within. (I've done it a couple of times to individuals who enter Malta with a R.Claw or a standard Claw... Not to mention the fact that certain "parties" in the omicrons may be interested in obtaining a geneticly engineered human specimen in order to perfect his own creations. ::wink:: )
Like i said, we'll see what the other outcasts say.

Very nice story with a ton of potential.
However, the very very last thing Liberty needs is one more unlawful player faction based in Liberty and focused around fighting Liberty Lawfuls .:nono:And in Raven Claws using outcast guns no less. *sigh*
Go implement the story and rp in some other House.

Agreed, Outcast have been altered genetically by their environment. They are not human by the DNA standards
the rest of the human race have. With a far longer life span & a knowledge of things humans do not understand.
Stating that Outcast would be inferior to this "Super Human" race would insult the Outcast's & more than likely not be seen as friendly.
But rest of the story & idea looks pretty interesting, just need to work out some kinks:)

Where to begin, superhuman Hellfire Legion anyone? Raven Claws and unlawful weaponry? Yet another faction in Liberty? Those are just three of the things that get me about this.
Just because Mercs and Freelancers are ignoring the infocard on the Raven Claw doesn't mean you should too. Two wrongs do not make a right. Secondly Liberty already has 4 unlawful factions, one of which has a similar background to your own. Ask yourself if it needs another. Liberty is jumping right now. Rogues and Xenos and Hackers all about the place, and enough lawfuls to keep us from causing too much hassle. Adding another faction into the mix isn't necessary in my personal view. The HF is ex-navy Hackers and now you want to be ex-LSF Outcasts? I'm sorry I'm not convinved this is at all necessary where it is.
One minor niggle, the LSF is an intellignece agency, as such it has directors and agents. No Admirals there.

So, they're like doomsday callers or sorts? I'd put down "super-human" part, let's leave it to Marvel comics (before Sirius gets overrun by Hulk clone army), but as regards the concept certain ideas look interesting.

Rheinland might aswell be run by the Hessians, BU, LWB and the Unioners, there is never any RM online, and if there is they do what they do, however Rheinland is so swamped with unlawfuls and traders it's a place like liberty...with no regular navy and police forces.

i disagree with that statement, right now rheinland has the least in all the houses when it comes to unlawful factions, theres is a small group of unioners who rome around and the hessians, the hessians tend to keep to the omegas and stick to fighting off the corsairs mostly, though they do sometimes assault rheinland when there is a RM on, also the unioners tend to just tax and hurt the RM when they are around. i aint seen many bundshuh on at all. the fact is rheinland is rather unpopulated and anyone who says its got to many enemies is rather blind and silly
