Once they start base-hugging, it's impossible to stay there for more than a minute or so without being shredded. The difference is that now, the platforms represent the GRN's powerful position in the Taus, and the oppression of the IMG. That, and it conveniently shows Colonials who might want to dock on Java (which they shouldn't, because, well, secret diplomacy and all that) the door. The change seems to have messed up something. I am trying to get it into Update 5 and got the okay of Devs for this step. The Freeport 4 stuff worked and remains ingame.
