Dont keep the lane disrupted, disrupt it after they come on scanners (IE: After they entered the lane, but before they get to the link your at). Solves the problem, you just have to pay more attention in game.
As for the issue about the teleporting people, I thought that was just lag on my end.

And if I take out the lane by a base I have had people use said lane when it's down...I have a pic of a NPC doing it.

That bug happens when the lane is already down when the other person enters the system. So uh.. no, just disrupt the lane once they show on scanners and you'll be fine.
As for the cruise bug I haven't actually seen that one. Seen people cheating now and then playing with the cruise timers, but not warping away like you said. Paying attention solves most everything people complain about on here to be honest.

We suffer it frequently and honestly thought it was lag from us. Relieved to know it's a common problem and can be fixed.

Please remain calm and remember our best people are working on solutions for Discovery's problems. It's naturally limited by the very nature of Disco as amateur, non-profit mod, but it still is damn awesome.

I have no idea what this cruise zooming thing is.... never happened to me.
All i know is that when there is lag then you cant fight and the ships move back an forth and spam out. Same thing when chasing and there is huge lag in the system........
As for the trade lanes.... just don't shoot the lanes until you see people coming. Even if they stop a ways out you can still catch them. Usually
