I'm at Dur-Shurrikun with my Sascya VHF,the base is protected by a shield or something,and i can't pass thru to dock.Anyone knows why?

Since I can't launch freelancer, searched around, and find that.
Little oversized, but I think you can figure it out that where the text says "Docking" is the docking ring.
