Just be patient, they'll get round to you. The worst thing you can do is go pestering them about it. If they don't respond whatsoever within a month i suggest sending them a SINGLE PM re-explaining the problem. Also, put it on tracking.

check the list you'll see that some have been caught in the sweeps that weren't.

He said they used beta versions of FLMM. Don't know either way, no-one except the two players do.
