No one wants to start, Rod. With inactivity in [C], it is up to GRN to start flying in Gallia. But you don't, you don't even fly in Leeds. Only Magelan. Everything else is so rare that hitting the time becomes pretty impossible.
Also, Sarah. It is true that Council can go there, but you know, Magelan is a pew zone. GRN can just ignore Council if they like, and nothing can be done about it... kind of wrong.
