The Eagles - BaconSoda - 08-05-2008 Met one of you tonight, was a bit odd, but it was an alright interaction. Nice job. Onto another matter I saw: Quote:Kusari: We are neutral to them due to the Kusari/Bretonian war, so we are allowed here, however do not pirate Kusari shipping. Also, we have allied bases in New Tokyo (Hogasha) and Kyushu (Farmers Alliance) Although we are your allies, the Farmer's Alliance and Hogosha do not welcome Corsairs that aren't there on special visit. We take care of your interests in Kusari, and you don't enter Kuari, that is the deal. If you are seen there, you will be kindly asked to get out, by either us or the KNF, and if you do not comply, we, as per the directive of Taishi Ze'ev Barak, have full rights to terminate you. Hogosha directive may be different, but that is how the AFA and KNF act. Just so we won't have any confusion. :) The Eagles - Dusty Lens - 08-05-2008 ' Wrote:Thanks to both Zapp and Baconsoda Don't give Zap too many props, his head's already close to bursting! I ran with some of your lot on my Corsair, I have to say it was an exceptionally jolly time! The Eagles - chopper - 08-05-2008 Hogosha won't attack any Corsairs who do NOT pirate in Kusari space. And when I say Hogosha, I mean only me, since I'v no idea what will the other indies do. Of course, AFA and KNF come first, so if you engage them, you'r good as dead. Generally, you have nothing to do in Kusari, except a lot of enemies. And AFA will most certainly not like you taking their piece of cake. Hogosha pirates way less, so we should actually care less as well. Now, some compliments. This is the most restricted/specialized faction I'v seen so far. Great work, really! I also like your thing with the CR, just don't do it in front of TBH and OPG, to avoid problems. And if they ask you about it, deny everything! Too bad there isn't "The Titans" band eh?:) Again, great job. Expand your story some more and you'r good to go. Also, is this a proposal or just to see what people think 'bout it? EDIT: Ah, just seen this : "Not going to be official, just letting you know who we are". That answers my question. The Eagles - Muleo - 08-05-2008 ' Wrote:Hostile Eh.. for TBH and OPG, the CR are our closest allies. All of our npc faction allies are pretty distant, FA and Hogosha are all the way in Kusari, and too far away to really help us (why are we allies anyway o.O) Gaians and Order are pretty close, but neither have very active player factions. This leaves us with pretty much no allies, however, we share a common enemy with the CR, the Outcasts. Whenever there's an Outcast invasion of Gamma, we can call on them for backup, if it's needed, and we return the favour. Marking them hostile and pirating their traders would definately... bode badly for you. Wouldn't be the first time I've ordered the kill of a few ignorant corsair pirates that refused to listen.. I do believe we are allies because we protect Corsair interests in Kusari. In effect, I think we are basically choosing the lesser of two evils in the war, since the Outcasts are absolute damnation for the Kusari people, and the Corsairs are hardly so, as their Artifacts are helpful, if anything. Because of this protection of interests (The Artifact Trade and we grow Synthetic Marijuana), and the fact that we hate everything the Outcasts represent almost as much as you do (Cardimine = Devil - Just look at what it did to the GC), we are allies. The Eagles - Tequilla.Sunrise - 08-05-2008 Noted on the Kusari bit and changed. As for the CR, that has a great possibility of changing, as well. For the Zoners... that's just too much fun to change. Every Zoner and his dog is having a fit, heck one just came to Crete looking for a fight! The Eagles - n00bl3t - 08-05-2008 As for the Zoners. Don't expect to land on Freeports. Pirating in Theta? Anyone? The Eagles - Tequilla.Sunrise - 08-05-2008 Dont worry, I made sure they were blood red in my rep so I wouldn't be tempted;) The Eagles - n00bl3t - 08-05-2008 Right then. The Eagles - Telbasta - 08-05-2008 this is going to have the same issues as the new outcast factions... there are just too many of them. It's ok if you're remaining unofficial though, I guess... We need more people to be drawn to the less popular factions. gaians, hessians, unioners, hogosha, bundschuh, farmer's alliance, golden chrysanthemums, etc. EVERYONE wants to be a corsair, an outcast, a liberty naval officer - there's just too many of them already, and I think the other factions are suffering because of it. I'd highly suggest making this group a sub-faction of one of the existing corsair groups. edit- to this: Quote:Hogosha won't attack any Corsairs who do NOT pirate in Kusari space. Since there is no official hogosha faction (anymore, I've only seen one member of the BD around lately), there isnt any set rules on the matter... however, I would only hassle a corsair who's pirating -kusari- traders in kusari space. If he's taxing foreigners I dont much care, as long as he doesnt cause trouble. However, if he interferes with my own pirating of foreigners, then we have a problem - and we either need to work together and share profits, or I ask him to move outside of kusari space to conduct his activities. |
