There is that new Corsair transport that you can use instead of the P-Trans. Haven`t tried it out, yet, but should do well for piracy.

The old PTrans looks like it's only Corsair-accessible on Invergordon in Inverness, now.

It does not really matter. You can buy one anywhere with the FL ID, then ask someone to give you a corsair ID. Once you mount it, you will instantly be full green to corsairs and corsair guard.

I just generally don't find house Piracy fun anymore. It's not even a chore, it sometimes like a glorified punishment.
Piracy in the bordeworlds is much more satisfying. Actually, Kusari is one of the houses where it's still fun.
