This is another discussion about this.
Why do I get the feeling that no one knows exactly how it works.
None of the explanations, which we got, fully explains what we see.
Someone probably has access to the script and can check and tell us how it is.

I read these posts, Sir, but It doesn't match with the real observations fully.
Mostly the time added to the list is lower than in real timer, and the time is removed sooner than 30 days.
It is not relevant for me, since I am not in any official faction already, but the problem exists.

The above thread is closed and Summer's comments address mainly rename, restart and rollback situations so IMHO there actually is a reason to have a new thread on this topic.
My most recent example of the tracker being inaccurate was last night, when I was flying my Gateway character along with a faction member. His activity is logged for the 14th, mine is not. My character has existed since before the rollback, has not been renamed, has not been changed in any way. I logged off well before the nightly server restart.

My character is Gateway|-GSV-Blinkie, my friend's is Gateway|-GSX-Sapphire. One of us is not recorded as flying last night, the other is.
The good news is that all my DHC characters are clearly logged, and they were flying earlier the same night.
So I am watching the tracker like a hawk and occasionally it lies. Is there really anything to discuss except how precisely to fix it so that it is 100% accurate?
