mmm ok well, try the 314.22 anyway, see if it totally stops it
when i updated to latest nvidia (bf4 insisted that i do, but i soon realised you dont need to update to latest to play a that bug ridden game), things were ok for few days and then screen freeze and mouse freeze and i had to reset comp

Well so far replacing my wireless adapters and disabling hardware acceleration has cured all of my issues.
Three days of no crashes, hell yeah.
