All you listed can be, technically, taken out by a single bomber. We're not taking skills into considerations here.

I am up for it just after fixing the ammo costs.
Right now standard battleship/cruiser ammo resupply costs less then a fighter and it is several times cheaper then standard bomber resupply.

I'd say caps should fly with escort, some gunboats, some snubs...If they don't, they leave themselves vulnerable to bombers. It (at least in theory) encourages teamplay, and whatnot.
If caps have escort, bombers also will need to have own, and that way from "2 bombers 1 battleship" scenario we go straight to skirmish/battle.

If you up price of the bomber then it will be riddiculous how fighters meant to kill said bombers are costing "just" 20 millions.
In the end everything will cost billions in your logic.
