On a side note: There's no advantage in PvP due to lagging. Your missiles simply don't work and you can't aim. I know this for a fact because last month my ISP did have some huge problems for a week, to a point I almost gave up playing the game.
The only reason someone would purposely lag in a fight is to importune people. It's of good tone to avoid or leave a fight if you notice you're lagging too much. If you notice someone else is lagging bad, talk to them politely and explain the situation, if they can't be talked out of the situation, leave the fight yourself. Not a big deal, is it?

I was the BC that came, and, you could have one, had you had the patience to scan, the BC was without armour and it was rushed into combat.
If you must PvP, theres a nice pit we like to call VOID mod, try it, you may like it

This not the first time i hear that problem and you have to deal with it, cause all players here come from different countries and the Server stands in the Czech Republic, so it is clear that a player from Australia has a high ping, sure you are dissatisfied not to hit him, but to ban this people is also the wrong way, so take it easy and find another target, like me:D
i live 200km from Czech Republic so my ping is stable ^^

This is simply not true. There are few types of lagers, I'v met both.
First ones are those who lag around and due to lag can't hit anything, but can't be hit either.
Also, in the first group go people who suddenly just float in space (big lag) and die.
Second ones are those who lag around and shoot you on THEIR screen, and since on their screen YOU are the one that is not moving, they hit you no matter what you do.
I was dodging like mad in a Liberator and still got hit a lot, and I think I know how to dodge.
I'v met quite a few of these and I refused to fight them.
It looks like this. He's lagging around and shooting OPEN SPACE and I'm loosing hull.
And that, my dear forum members, sucks.
I don't know if this guy had 1st or 2nd type of lag, I'm just clearing things up a bit.
Lag can be used as a PVP advantage.

Now what happens if a person go's above that "limit"?
He can't acces the server. Thus can't play. That's pretty much the same as a "ban" to me.

You can lag even if your ping isn't crossing a certain limit.
For example, rapid changes from 20 to 100. It's also lag, enough so you can't hit him.
Ping limit wouldn't solve anything, it would just be annoying.
But people who lag like hell should avoid PVP while they are lagging.
