Just watch the sanction reports poor in because everyone's definition of "sufficient time to respond" will be different.

Good to see the command back, was no reason to remove it to begin with. Though, Luke, here has a point.

Kudos for this, and concerning everyone's definition of "sufficient time to reply" being different I suggest setting a time, for example 5-10 seconds.
