I'd rather have a dynamic ship handling depending on what armor you have mouned. The smaller the armor, the better the handling.

I already told that its just a multiplier like the armor so if you mount the highest lvl VIII so you get power core x2.5 but similar for the shield too.
Yes you can mount all 3 but they has to be lower lvl for the cargo space problem
like.
So if a player choose to have max armour upgrade then he will not have enough space for others or can mount them at low lvl like less than x1.5.
So you can have
Armor x2 shieldx1.2 power x1.2
or
armorx1.5 shieldx1.5 power x1.2

Sometimes i think how about regens works slow after all it must take some time to repair a ship
