Having this problem again.
Reinstall, anti-virus exceptions, new character creation, account switching, letting it off for a few hours (resets or so). Nothing has helped me so far.
I'm at loss as to why this problem occurs, and how can it be fixed.

Have the same issue sometimes. Can be fixed only by restarting router. Restarting computer, even reinstalling the game does nothing.
Restarting router always works, however.
Edit: Restarting router and computer simultaneously that is, it often won't connect when I restart the router but not the computer.

Problem has been fixed with some testing an a router reboot, as suggested. Many thanks for the help.
