Alien Organisms, Artifacts, Black Market Munitions, Blood Diamonds, Cardamine, Counterfeit Software, Gaian Wildlife, Human Organs, Hypnotainment Bands, Nomad Remains, Nox, Slaves, Sorted Artifacts, Stabiline, Synthetic Marijuana, also Premium Scrap if you're a Junker.
Starting out, I would suggest hauling either Cardamine or Artifacts from Omicron Alpha (Planet Malta) and Omicron Gamma (Planet Crete).
If you establish a trade loop you can make a pretty decent chunk of change.
Download Freelancer Companion 2.02 if you haven't already, it could help you out quite a bit!

And a last tip just in case, because some people don't know it .
When you carry contraband onboard don't fly through trade lanes inside House space or jumpgates leading to House space.
The police of each House have access to a scan system called TLAGSNET, with which they can scan your ship no matter where they are by typing in a console /scan$(yourship). Oh, and they don't need to see you, a message with your ship's name appears in their hud's in the moment you take a lane or a gate, where did you entered and where did you get out.
That works only in the lanes inside House space (for example, doesn't work in the lanes of Cortez or Tau-29) and when you jump to a House system using a gate (for example, if you jump from Magellan to California, they can scan you, but if you jump from Californa to Magellan don't).
So, if you want to be a smuggler in House space... be prepared for long runs in cruise across the systems (many K above or below the plane of the ecliptic), and to find every jumphole to use them. Oh, and to make strange trips through the House (if you need to go to Pennsylvania from New York carrying contraband, you need first to jump to Texas through the jumphole in the Badlands, and from there to Penn through the jumphole in the Pequeña Negra).

You can also 'mine' or extract Artifacts and Alien Organisms in Omicron Theta, then smuggle them into the houses!

Thnx for the answers guys, i tried 1 route, check this ,(but its kind of wierd what happened),..new york -okinawa and back,..so i buy black market amunition from Rochester base and sell to Kamakura base in okinawa,(i briebed some hogosha first for reputation,now i friendly),from okinawa i buy helium3 (shuri base) and sell in new york ...and so ..doing like 40 mil in 50 min maybe( dono if its good or not). I am a freelancerid/iff ,problem is after 2 runs my freelancer reputation changed ,dono why, decreased with 2 bars almost ,i didnt killed a single ship,i wonder, what i doing wrong?Anyway if you know a short trade route with good income,better then my route ,pls tell me ,IF YOU WANT....and again sorry for my english,..... sharing is caring

I see a lot of ships moving Black Market Munitions through Bretonian Space, but the buy and sell points I do not know.

A shorter one is running artifacts from the Junker base in Texas to Manhattan, but you'll want to avoid the trade lanes obviously.

I got another route,but probably a long one.
Get Black market munitions from Detroit or Rochester,take that to Ecommoy in Maine.
Get Human Organs from Ecommoy and take that to Dabadoru(if you can dock there) or to Freeport 11 in Omicron Delta.
From there,you have two options:
1)Take Iridium(not a contraband) to either Omicron Alpha for a 2k profit.From there,take Cardamine to Planet Manhattan,Rouge bases for 4.4k profit or to Rochester for 3.4k profit in New York.Rinse and repeat the same route again.
2)Take Iridium to Omicron Gamma(nearer) for 1k profit.From there take Artifacts to Manhattan,Rogue bases for 4.8k profit or to Rochester for 3.8k profit in New York.
But all these routes or pretty dangerous as there is hell a lot of activity in New York.
So,my advice
ont go to Manhattan for more profit.Instead dock in the Rogue bases in New York or Rochester.
