Although there are points that generally make me against this, I do believe we need a punishment system to act upon silent traders.
Perhaps if you're flying a tradeship, you take a penalty if you explode, sort of how your boss would be pretty miffed with you losing the cargo? (idk).

and yes exactly, a penalty as punishment that you have to pay, ok maybe not bastille the bankrupt player, might kill disco yes.

But the idea with paying a small fee, penalty wont realy kill disco, I mean comon just 200k - 500k max. 1 Mil

I believe your penalty there is the loss in the cost of the cargo, which could be between two and seven million depending on what you're hauling.

Ok maybe don't bastille the player (gonna edit it on first post lol) but a small penalty could be payed, its the ship after all. You don't get cars for free you know when you damage them :/

We are already paying more than half a million to just replenish mines and CDs on death. Add some missiles and/or torpedoes and it gets even higher.

The funny thing is flying a battleship costs about as much as flying a bomber ...
