On a side note, the charity of Cashew is open and receiving donations of 30 million credits to complete the funding for an uncompleted project.

Dont spoil anyone with huge 5k gifts and such. As if its already easy to get those.
Instead, give each ship to the respective faction based on their ID. Like, if you have a Samura 5k stork, contact the Samura head( i guess Janus) and donate it to them. And if said ID doesnt have a faction, donate it to the next in line faction. If nothing is a go, then liquidate the certain ship and donate it to a random newbie you might in Pennysylvania.
Ships donated to factions do more good than caps and 5k donated to newbies.

A sum of 30 millions donated to new player allows him to either buy and fully equip bomber/snub or buy Mammoth with AU8. I think that no more than that should be given to new players, if even given in the first place.

Thats a good idea. Mammoths and Fireflies will be useful to the new ones. If you cant donate a certain ship to a faction, sell it and then , give roughly 20-30 million for each new guy for them to make their own equipped trader.

Wow, most of them who stay around here for long, didnt recieve any free stuff in their beginning days. Dont rage, that he didnt give you stuff. If you are so intolerant to make money yourself, then you are not a good option in the long run for this mod.
